FEW Faculty Fellows Plan

The NSF grant for the INFEWS-ER includes support for the FEW Faculty Fellows Program. We have created different types of Faculty Fellows — Faculty Team Members and Faculty Leaders — who create Toolbox Modules and Cohort Challenges for the INFEWS-ER Virtual Resource Center and who participate in a Symposium to describe their preparation of those modules.  Below, we describe the criteria, stipend, and other kinds of support for this Faculty Fellow Program

Team Leaders

Team Member

  • At any point in the process of developing a Toolbox Module or a Cohort Challenge, a Team Leader may nominate a candidate for recognition as a FEW Faculty Team Member. The letter of nomination should identify the special contribution made by the candidate to the development of the content.  The INFEWS-ER Management Team will review the nomination and make a decision.
